Nanum Jogak (“we”) makes SnippetCut for macOS and iPadOS. In short: we do not collect, store or share your personal data on any server.나눔조각(이하 ‘만든 곳’)은 맥·아이패드 앱 SnippetCut을 만듭니다. 요약하면, 만든 곳은 사용자의 개인정보를 모으거나 서버에 보관하거나 공유하지 않습니다.
1. Data that stays on your device1. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보
Videos you add, transcripts, the Shorts you make, your channel name and logo, and app settings are stored only on your device. Transcription and rendering run on the device; audio and video are never sent to us.사용자가 넣은 영상, 받아쓴 글, 만든 쇼츠, 채널 이름·로고, 앱 설정은 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 받아쓰기와 영상 만들기는 기기 안에서 처리하며 소리와 영상을 만든 곳으로 보내지 않습니다.
2. AI features2. AI 기능
If you choose to use AI clip picking, spell check, AI polish or the description pack, the transcript text is sent to the AI service you select (Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini) — either by you pasting it into that service, or with your own API key. That service’s privacy policy applies. API keys are stored only in your device keychain.AI 구간 추천·맞춤법 검사·AI로 다듬기·설명란 패키지를 쓰는 경우, 받아쓴 글이 사용자가 고른 AI 서비스(Claude·ChatGPT·Gemini)로 전달됩니다. 사용자가 직접 붙여 넣거나 사용자의 API 키로 보내는 것이며, 그 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. API 키는 기기의 키체인에만 보관됩니다.

Only when you choose to connect YouTube and grant consent, the app uses:사용자가 유튜브 연결을 고르고 허락한 경우에만 아래 권한을 씁니다.

- Tokens are stored only in your device keychain and are never sent to us or third parties.연결 토큰은 기기의 키체인에만 보관하며 만든 곳이나 다른 곳으로 보내지 않습니다.
- The app does not read or change your other videos, comments, subscribers or watch history, and never deletes videos.다른 영상·댓글·구독자·시청 기록을 읽거나 바꾸지 않으며 영상을 지우지 않습니다.
- Google user data is not used for advertising, sold, shared, or used to train AI models, and is never sent to AI services.구글 사용자 데이터는 광고·판매·공유·AI 학습에 쓰지 않으며 AI 서비스로 보내지 않습니다.
- Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy apply.Google API로 받은 정보의 사용은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책의 제한적 사용 요건을 따릅니다. 유튜브 이용약관과 구글 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다.
You can disconnect any time in Settings › YouTube, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.설정 › 유튜브 연결에서 언제든 해제할 수 있고, myaccount.google.com/permissions에서도 권한을 취소할 수 있습니다.
4. Purchases4. 구입
Purchases on the App Store are processed by Apple. Purchases on our website will be processed by a payment provider; we receive only what is needed to deliver your license and never store card details.앱스토어 구입은 애플이 처리합니다. 홈페이지 구입은 결제 대행사가 처리하며, 만든 곳은 등록에 필요한 정보만 받고 카드 정보는 보관하지 않습니다.
